DO YOU OFFER a gym membership for WORKING OUT independently without a personal trainer?

Yes - We offer an add-on membership option to personal training clients who train with one of our trainers at least once a week.

This membership grants access to our facility during non-peak hours, allowing you to exercise on your own. Peak hours are weekdays from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM and we ask members to avoid working out on their own during these times.

If I SIGN UP for a wellness LOFT class or want to schedule a massage, do I need to obtain a separate gym membership as well?

No - These services can be purchased individually and do not require a separate membership.

Can you help me select a personal trainer or massage therapist who is the best fit for me?

Yes! We understand that everyone has different preferences when it comes to personal training and massage, which is why we strive to find the best fit for each individual. We will work with you to determine your preferences to help you find a provider who can offer the best possible support and guidance.

Is there parking?

Yes! Parking is available in our parking lot in front and behind our building.  Additional parking is available along the street on Brother Geenen Way.  If you ride your bike over, a biking corral is located out front. 

What is the cost of personal training and massage therapy?

Each independent personal trainer and massage therapist sets his or her own fees and may even offer package options unique to them.  Once we help you find your best match, they will be able to provide specific details on pricing.
