MONDAYS 6:00 - 7:15 PM - NO CLASSES IN MAY

YIN YOGA + SOUND MEDITATION

Yin Yoga is a slower-paced style of yoga. It targets the deepest tissues of the body, our connective tissues – ligaments, joints, bones, the deep fascia networks of the body, and the meridians.

This class is designed for all levels, whether just beginning or continuing your journey. No prior knowledge of poses is needed and modifications will be offered.

In this space we allow ourselves to slow down. We will focus on our breath as we turn inward and tune into the mind and physical sensations. We hold poses longer to sit, lengthen and find more space within our bodies and spirit. The last 15 minutes of the class will be dedicated to relaxation with a crystal sound bowl meditation.

KUNDALINI YOGA with Loreta

Kundalini Yoga uses asana, breath, mantra, and mudra to amplify higher states of consciousness. The practice strengthens the nervous system, balances the endocrine system, and stimulates the Kundalini energy coiled at the base of the spine, awakening your own heightened consciousness and giving you a greater experience of joy and your own vital energy.

POLE-ography with KYLIE

Pole Fitness may be one of the most unique workout experiences out there. Join Kylie Marsh for a 60-minute somatic experience, using breath work and mindfulness driving you deep into your body and tapping into your inner “sexy.”

All experience levels and ages welcome, there’s something for everyone!

Shorts and sports bras recommended but not required (skin contact is needed to stick to the pole). Please do not use lotion on hands or body 12 hours prior to class (also affects ability to stick to pole).

Wednesdays are focused on flow and dance, Fridays are more focused on tricks.
