    Some teachers are available through email or text while some have their own websites or social media you can view.

  • No - Wellness Loft classes and massages can be purchased individually and do not require a separate membership.

  • To learn more about private instruction and get in touch with one of our teachers, please complete our inquiry form. From there, we’ll connect you with an instructor who can answer your questions and help guide you to the right fit.

Kundalini Yoga

Kundalini Yoga combines movement, breathing techniques, sound, and hand gestures to help you tap into higher levels of awareness. This practice strengthens your nervous system, balances your hormones, and awakens the energy at the base of your spine.

one-on-one private yoga

One-on-one yoga sessions are personalized experiences designed to meet you exactly where you are. Whether you're new to yoga, working through an injury, or looking to deepen your practice, these private sessions provide focused attention, customized guidance, and a pace that supports your unique goals.

Qi Gong

Qi Gong is a gentle, meditative movement practice that focuses on breathwork, energy flow, and relaxation. This class is designed to help reduce stress, improve circulation, and enhance overall wellness. Perfect for beginners or anyone looking for a calming and therapeutic practice.

Tai Chi

This class follows the Yang Style 24-form Tai Chi sequence, a graceful and flowing martial art that enhances strength, flexibility, and mental clarity. Because the form is taught in sequential order, previous Tai Chi experience is recommended for this class.

The pole sanctuary

The Pole Sanctuary was founded by Kylie Marsh in 2024 with a vision of creating an inclusive, welcoming space for all. The Pole Sanctuary is a place where everyone is embraced, encouraged, and free to express their love for movement and dance-no matter their background or experience level.
