massage Offerings

We offer a range of techniques including Neuromuscular Therapy, Thai Massage, Sports Massage, Swedish, and Myodetox treatments. You’ll never get a “standard” massage here—every session is intentional, skilled, and aligned with your goals, whether that’s better mobility, stress relief, pain management, or total-body recovery.

swedish massage

This is the most common type of massage, which uses long strokes and kneading to relax the body. It can be used to reduce stress, improve circulation, increase flexibility and ease muscle tension.

Thai Massage

Thai Massage includes a combination of acupressure, stretching, and deep tissue massage techniques.  This ancient healing practice has been used for centuries to promote physical and mental well-being.  During your Thai Massage, you'll be fully clothed and will lie on a comfortable mat on the floor. Thai Massage Therapists use their hands, feet, elbows, and knees to apply pressure, helping you reduce stress, improve your flexibility, and increase your overall well-being.

deep tissue/sports massage

This technique targets the deeper layers of muscle and fascia using slow, focused pressure. It’s ideal for chronic pain, injury recovery, and specific areas of tension like the lower back, shoulders, or neck.

Myodetox treatments

The Myodetox Method is a signature massage that combines myofascial release with lymphatic drainage. Firm manipulations help undo fascial adhesions while lighter strokes redirect stagnant lymph—enhancing contour, reducing inflammation, and supporting your body’s natural detox process.

Each session includes dry brushing, stone gua sha, and aromatic balms to amplify results.

AIS or Active Isolated Stretching is a guided stretching method designed to improve flexibility, mobility, recovery, posture, and range of motion. AIS can be especially beneficial for active individuals, athletes, strength training clients, and anyone looking to move more freely and efficiently.
